Redwood Study
The Redwood Study redesign was a complete rethinking of the user experience for a clinical research website. I restructured the existing experience to make a complex clinical study easier to understand and navigate for both potential participants and healthcare professionals. This involved reorganizing a significant amount of information, establishing a clearer information architecture, refining content hierarchy, and creating a more intuitive path from learning about the study to determining potential eligibility.
The redesign transformed a relatively limited experience into a much more robust digital resource, with dedicated content for the study, Alpha-1 Liver Disease, clinical research, healthcare providers, resources, and the participant prequalification journey. I focused on making the experience feel approachable while still communicating complex medical information clearly and responsibly. The project required extensive UX planning, content organization, interaction design, and visual design to create a cohesive experience that could guide users through the information without overwhelming them.
